This blog is about our family's allergy and intolerance journey. I know at times I've felt very alone as a mom of kids with food allergies and intolerances. Many times I've been able to reach out through blogs and sites and it's helped me feel connected. So my hope is that this site will help inform and encourage other families going through the same journey.
